Field Service Engineer

Overview
A line we build has to keep running long after it ships. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll commission new systems, train the people who run them, and keep deployed automation at full rate.
The role
You'll be Precept on the customer's floor, bringing systems online, solving issues fast, and making sure operators can run and maintain what we've built. When something stops, you're who gets it moving again.
What you'll do
Commission and support deployed systems on-site, train operators and maintenance teams, and diagnose issues across robotics, controls, and mechanical systems. You'll travel to customer sites and own uptime once a line is live.
What you'll bring
Strong, broad troubleshooting skills across automation systems and the temperament to stay steady under pressure. You're hands-on, customer-facing, and flexible on travel.
Bonus points
Experience supporting industrial automation in the field, or a background that spans robotics, controls, and mechanical repair.
Why Precept
We build our own lines because the line is the product as much as the part it makes. You'll work on real systems that ship to real factory floors, alongside a team that designs, builds, and operates everything in-house. We build in the U.S., and we build to last.
