Precision starts at the machine. As a CNC Machinist at Precept, you'll run the machining centers that cut and form our parts to tolerances tighter than any manual process can hold.

The role

You'll set up, operate, and verify precision machining work, keeping parts to spec from raw stock through finish. Your work is the foundation everything else is built on.

What you'll do

Set up and run CNC machining centers, verify parts with in-process metrology, and keep tooling and programs dialed in so quality never drifts. You'll work closely with manufacturing and quality to hold tight tolerances at rate.

What you'll bring

Solid CNC machining experience, setup, operation, and inspection, plus a real feel for precision work. You read prints, you measure carefully, and you take pride in parts that come out right every time.

Bonus points

Experience with multi-axis machining, in-process metrology, or working to aerospace-grade tolerances.
